| FONT's Multimode Star and Tree couplers are fabricated by
uniquely cascading individual multimode couplers. The specifications
for Multimode Star and Tree couplers are based on the specifications
for multimode couplers. Multimode Star and
Tree Couplers are used to branch M (1, 2, 3, 4) input fibers into N (2,
3, 4,...32) out put fibers. Multimode Star and Tree couplers are ideal
for high speed LANs. FONT's large core multimode combiners are uniquely
designed to concentrate high power laser into one fiber used in laser
power delivery systems. Typical port configurations available are 1 X 4, 3 X 3, 4 X 4, 1 X 8, 1 X 32. FONT's Multimode Star and Tree Couplers are available in anodized Aluminum bar and standard rackmountable and bench-top packages. |
